When setting up a new daycare, it is easy to overlook the client. Your childcare services target parents but who are these parents? How would you define your client?
Every daycare owner knows that not all parents within your vicinity can be your client. Defining your target client is just as important as setting up a good client.
There are three types of clients:
Client A – This client NEEDS your daycare services and shows appreciation. This is your target client.
Client B – This is an irregular client who cannot commit. This is your secondary client.
Client C – This client does not need you, and you do not need her but, something always brings you together.
What are your thoughts?
